At Pocket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pocket account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
